Thursdays...

Usually people get excited to have the weekend approaching, I on the other hand dread it. Wednesday is when it starts for me because I work Wednesday night, Thursday night, Friday night and then on Saturday morning... I look forward to Sundays! Then I have 3 days off in a row! Now that is something to get excited about! Wednesday is usually when the house starts to fall apart as well. Mostly because I don't feel like cleaning at 11pm and then in the morning I am tired and just generally want to relax. My hubby does his best to help out at night picking up after the girls are in bed but he also wants to relax... Who doesn't?!?
For the last few weeks we have been attempting to potty train our 2 year old. Our first was uber easy and she was completely trained 2 weeks after her second birthday. This time around it is a little more challenging. She seems completely uninterested. We have purgo flooring downstairs so I have taken to the approach of letting her go pant less. Needless to say I have been cleaning up a (not so) nice share of accidents. I can usually catch her mid stream, run her to the bathroom and she finishes in there. I just wish she would get the concept of going into the bathroom before starting! Hopefully it will catch on soon! It would be nice to not have to buy diapers! I am thinking if we have more kids I am gonna try cloth. Well first I will have to decide if I will be able to stick with it because I don't want to invest a ton of money on something I am going to give up on after a few days or even weeks. Not to mention it would be a whole lot nice to Miss Mother Earth.
Well I guess I should start making some dinner plans... I have no idea what to make, I am thinking anything but Italian would be good. We had Zuppa Tascana on Monday and Bake Ziti last night so I am kinda Italianed out:) Maybe some Tater Tot Hot dish, nom nom nom! Alright farewell for now.
